After saying goodbye to the jolly green giant we headed toward South Dakota. The weather has turned hot near 85 degrees but with 21 mile steady winds all day. Not ideal for pulling a trailer but luckily we had a safe trip. As we got into SD we started seeing a few animals mostly cattle but did see a few buffalo or bison (somebody needs to explain the difference to me) and it was a great scenery. We made it to our destination for the night early enough to visit the world famous corn palace. It is a must see and has a long history in the area. Here are a few of our sites around here this afternoon. Plans are to go to Walls SD tomorrow.
