Day 48 & 49 Rained in and under the weather

Well the last two days have brought rain and fog to us. Although I was reminded this is normal and the last few sunny 70 degree weather isn't. It wouldn't be too bad if Carvel hadn't started feeling bad and I mean really bad, high fever, headache, achiness, sore throat and bad cough. We had planned on leaving but with rain and forecasted high winds along our route and now illness, we are staying put. We decided since he was feeling so bad and there was a very small but rare hospital here we would get him checked out. We went on Saturday morning at 10 am and absolutely no one there. A receptionist, nurse, aid, housekeeping and dr was it. Needless to say we got excellent service. This is the only hospital within hours of here and no one!  They decided it was viral and gave him a prescription to get filled at the only pharmacy in the only local grocery. You got it nobody waiting at pharmacy either. I know I am not in eastern Ky!! Well now I'm not feeling great but I will not get sick repeat I WILL NOT GET SICK!!!  Hopefully, things will look up tomorrow and we will be out of here.
