Day fifteen

Today got started a little too early for us, a little before 4 am a pack of coyotes came down near us. It was an unusual sound, the bark was like a dog, but the end of their bark was unique. You know they were loud to wake Carvel. I truly enjoyed listening to them knowing i was safe, but i was concerned for the tent campers not far from us.  I will be looking around now if I am out after dark for sure.   

It has been another beautiful sunny day and we actually broke out some shorts while we sat in the sun. We took a long walk back into the desert in a different direction then yesterday. Not much else going on today, but heres a few pics from our outing. 

This is of our site, we are the last camper on the right side of the gov land where they will let you stay. We can see other campers but luckily no one is too close.
